Would have been awesome to see Paadack vs Verlander.   Vegas would have had to set the over at about 16.5 for runs scored.

But if he shuts the Tigers down, they should just disband the team.

Greene, Tork, Keith, and McGonigle have zero home runs 13 games in...the Tigers are still stuck on 7 total over the first 13 games. You have to figure that will revert to a mean.

Still not sure on defense or a bullpen that walks too many guys and doesn't miss bats.

I put the odds the Tigers make Paddack look like a Cy Young candidate at 80/20.

It wouldn't be the first time the offense faced one of the worst starting pitchers and looked like trash.

Okay, Tigers.    It's time to start acting like you actually want to play baseball.     Stop this nonsense.   Wake up. You are embarassing the city, the team and yourselves.

Unless what we saw in September last year is the REAL Tigers.

I tried to exchange my tickets for tonight as the weather looks crummy but they changed the window from 24 hours to 48 hours.
Bastages.

I actually wanted to stay home to watch Artemis II splash down.

Meadows gets a lot of criticism, but they'll miss his defense.  The Meadows brothers sure do have a lot of bad luck.

Javy is pretty good in CF. Good enough to be an All Star. Just watch put for Riley out there.

As has the Tigers’ snakebite career with the Meadows.

There's always the possibility the concussion could take longer to heal than the broken arm. I feel bad for Parker.

so how good is Max Clarks glove supposed to be?

The Tigers have 3 other centerfielders. Javy, Vierling and Perez. I don't think Max will be here until maybe a September call up.

since he got up and into the cart without his hand dangling or them having splinted it, we can guess it is a non-displaced fracture. But without surgery that's still 8 weeks before he thinks about swinging a bat. Maybe they can cut that down if they screw it together.

I like Javy in CF and that also gives McGonigle a clear runway at SS and Keith at 3b. Not sold on Wenceel defensively but he'll play if he hits.

I dont like Perez in CF unless it's a late inning necessity. Maybe RF...but even then, we have a couple of players for RF ahead of him.
