Motor City Sonics Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago (edited) Why do I feel lousy every weekend? Because I don't HAVE to go to work? I love my job. I really really do. I look forward to doing it. I look forward to going into work. Now, if there is a snowstorm, I have the work at home option, sure, but I like going to work. Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. The only real gripe I have about it is the distance. It's about 25 miles each way. Might not be much for you, but I wish I lived closer (but the house I am in is paid for, and even if I sold it, I'm not coming close to buying a house in Washtenaw County). But this is the third straight weekend that I have felt sick and lethargic. I know it might have to do with it being 11 degrees outside and I haven't been able to do a lot. I could try the Dearborn gym, but still having mild vertigo from the ear thing. I think it's because I don't have to get any work done and my body is punishing me for it. I am way, way ahead on things too. I bet if it was 40 and Sunny I'd be alright. Just imagine how good that day is gonna feel now. Accuweather doesn't have us getting above freezing until February 26th. Maybe I should take a weed gummy and watch some Brady Bunch reruns. It never rained once on that show. Not once. It rained on The Partridge Family. They got stuck on the road because of rain washing out a bridge or something - so they lived in a motel for several days and drove each other crazy. Might have been the first time Danny Bonaduce brought a prostitute to a motel. Wouldn't be the last. Here we go https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0798182/ Edited 16 hours ago by Motor City Sonics Quote
