Random randomness…

1 ).  Since moving here to Delaware in October, I’ve learned how to play mahjong and canasta, am part of a book club @ my local library, joined a “meet up” group,  & enrolled in the continued adult education group @ the University of Delaware (- 3 classes). I have met quite a few people.

2 ) I am missing my friends so much. Having a hard day today. Very hard.

Hang in there, Sue.

Moving is hard, especially after you've been somewhere a while. That's thev downside of our move, with the nicer weather (most of the time) we've found ourselves outdoors a lot in the early evenings. Most of the neighbors in our townhome community seem to have basically built "forts" with big wooden fences around their back yards. Not much socializing. We opted for a steel fence that gives us a view and allows us to enjoy our patio (with a fire stove).

Fortunately hanging out at CW has helped with a bit of the need to socialize.

Would a picture of an evil clown help?

Wish I could give you both a heart and a sad for this. I went with the heart.

NASA announces Artemis III will not be a lunar landing mission after all.  It will have a 2027 target date and test 1 or more lunar landers in earth orbit, which is what Apollo 9 did.  This is not surprising at all considering we don't even have a lunar lander yet.  SpaceX is running into issues with theirs and NASA opened up the "contract" last year.  An Artemis IV is now on deck for a landing.

Artemis II is rolled back to the VAB to fix a leak and April is the earliest they can go.
