One more rumination on the Menzin thing. I stand by some of my suspicions before we got the reason that he was somewhat being cast aside. Sartori's current role seems very similar to the one he held for a while; had been cast aside to special projects. I have long suspected that people who start engaging in inappropriate workplace behavior also have their judgment clouded in other areas and performance declines. I bet some of that was going on before this bubbled up to the surface.
