Faedo wasn’t exactly great at the end of his inning. I’m not sure I’d run him out there for the 7th. The last Ranger batter was Smith? So, Garcia and Lowe due up? Middle of the order? How about some more offensive runs and then Faedo can start the 7th and then we can go from there?

I thought of it in real time (actually when I was watching on delay) and then not again until now. Weren’t those home runs hit to pretty much the same spot? I don’t think it was mentioned on TV or in the game thread. I’m not surprised about Kelly in and Rogers on the bench. That’s just the nature of the current catching platoon.

And this is probably why Kennedy found himself with the Tigers. There wasn't any SS depth in Toledo early in the season due to Kreider and Leonard getting injured at about the same time.

I agree with you on the sample size. But I think we'll see it. Sadly Baez' season OPS of .471 is lower than that .523 vs Dunning.
