  1. Yeah I had a brain fart when I posted that, I was thinking 20 teams they wouldn't start for or essentially 12 teams that they would start for not 20 teams.
  2. Love watching these after a Lions victory!
  3. I was thinking about the debate we all had on the old forum prior to last season about how many players on the Lions would start on the other teams, I think the cutoff was 20 teams and I believe we only came up with 3 unamious choices in Hock, Decker. Ragnow. What would that number look like now only a year and a half later? I think on offense atleast 4 of the Oline, St. Brown, possibly Swift and/or Williams and Goff. So you're talking 6 to 8 guys. On defense its a little trickier but I think Hutch, McNeil,Okudah for sure with about 3-5 more guys as possibilities. So we essentially went from 3 to 5 plus starters to about 13 to 15 in a little over a year. Part of that was Holmes acquisitions others were guys growing under the coaching staff here but either way that is a remarkable turnaround.
  4. Tp complaining about the offensive coordinator every time a play doesnt work out may be the biggest example of being dedicated to your act/schtick.
  5. Lol I could watch this a 100 times and not get tired of it. Just how he went from joy to legit stunned silence while his brain tried processing what he was witnessing was just hilarious.
  6. Yeah I'd say he was a little open.
  7. Considering Wright had a big drop earlier this is especially awesome!
  8. There's really only a few teams in the league who you can count on to bring you higher than your regular viewership but even then it usually is dependent on them being good except for maybe the Cowboys. Also what draws more than anything in the NFL are meaningful competitive games with good teams so first and foremost those are the teams and matchups you want to target. If the Lions finish the season strong and in turn draw high expectations for next year they will most certainly get a primetime(s) game.
  9. Thibodeux has definitely been a menace in this Washington game, seems like he is in the backfield every play he is out there. It's got to be his best game to date.
  10. According to playoffstatus.com we are now up to a 47% chance of making it, 8 days ago we were at just 7.
  11. Not a big rap guy but I approve of this song.
  12. That Giants/Commies tie from a couple weeks ago still annoys me,yeah if we keep winning it won't matter but it would be so better if one of these teams were 7-6 right now.
  13. Just saw the clip of that Raiders/Pats ending, OMG that has to be the craziest finish to a game that I can ever recall. I know the player who threw the last pass straight to the Raiders defender is going to take the most heat but I put the blame on the player that threw the first lateral to begin with instead of just going down, just by doing so it enforced the lateral at all costs mentality in the players on the field which is why the last guy tried a desperation one.
  14. I guess the good news is that this help keeps Minny inline for the 2 seed so if we get in we could get to face them in the 1st round.
  15. That is true. If we win tomorrow I wonder what our rooting interests should be for the Vikings/Giants game next week? Should we hope for a Giants loss to help our playoff chances or should we get greedy and hope for a Vikings loss so we still have a shot at the division?
  16. I just had to check the Vikings schedule, got the Giants at home next week before closing with back to back road games against GB and Chicago. You would think they'd win atleast one of those but I guess you never know.
  17. I guess the surprise here may be that there have actually been teams worse than us.
  18. Damn didn't realize that game was that year, doesn't seem like it was over 5 years ago, atleast to me anyway. I would've guessed it was in 2019 maybe 2018 at the latest.
  19. Did my first mock of the year for S&Gs. Only did 3 rounds cause really haven't paid enough attention to guys to target in later rounds. Don't love taking a RB in the 1st and get the D- grade but I wasn't doing trades cause they are always so lopsided on there, if it were real and I could've traded down I would have but with the way the board fell there just wasn't anybody there that I loved so I swung for the fences and took Bijan.
  20. Probably the most important game for the Lions since week 16 of the 2017 season where we were 8-6 and the then 7th seed heading into Cincy. We needed to win out and get some help to make it but we were right in the thick of things.
  21. Wow that's hard to believe.
  22. The red alternate jerseys were my favorites, I believe the last jersey I ever got was a Billups red one.
  23. Do the teams share the same sideline for that Fenway game? If not that one sideline is awfully narrow.
  24. Not sure how up to date it is but last I looked as of a few days ago they were looking at spending well over 400 million after factoring in the luxury tax. The Tigers could add 7 Carlos Correa's contracts and still may not spend that much this year.
  25. I saw a headline that said White said he for sure is playing despite his rib problems. Who knows how long he will be able to last though.
