Any given Sunday but boy Baltimore sure looks like they are going to be awfully hard for anybody to beat.

Id also throw the Patriots into that discussion as well, there's not a lot to like about that team either unless you're a believer in one of the non Caleb/Maye QBs in this draft.
-
Yeah things can change fast but as of right now I don't see a worse spot than Carolina. Of course if they can turn Young around and nail a draft or two then things can totally change but being without a 1st this year and 2nd next that is going to be tough.

On top of that horrendous call against us there was another horrendous call the drive before against the Cowboys. They called tripping on the Cowboys lineman that was blocking Hutchinson but replays shows that it was actually Hutchinson that did the tripping. So Allen and the crew had multiple horrible calls in crucial spots in that game.

Kelly has nobody to blame but herself, I mean why would you bring your 4 little kids on to the field to a rowdy environment like that? Like there was no reason they couldn't have just stayed in the back and watched the game. Like I'm sure there are a ton of players on both teams that have wives and children and you didn't see them all out on the field almost right before kickoff.

The 2 in 4 weeks definitely doesn't look good but has he caused any other injuries of note in his 2 year career? I genuinely don't know but if the answer is zero than I'm chalking it up to 2 random unlucky plays, if its like a half dozen or more than maybe at the very least theres something to his tackling technique or location of them. But as I said before I think he does just like all players are taught and it wasnt anything malicious or anything. Agree about the artificial turf as well. His foot likely doesnt stay planted if it was natural grass.

Better chance of seeing a White Rhino than a white cornerback, a rarity indeed.

Yep you even go waist level on a guy that weighs 50lb more than you like the TE did theres a good chance he runs you over or drags you for 5 to 10 extra yards. Then everybody bitches about your tackling ability. If you go high to try to lodge the ball loose or "knock him silly" youre likely looking at a penalty there. Your best option is to go low at his knees cause no matter how big you are that will always trip you up. Unfortunately you run the risk of the opponents leg being extended like Higbees was but its a bang bang play you can't try to time for something like that it just is an unfortunate circumstance when it happens.

I still think the booing of Stafford was more to show support for Goff and that we are "over our ex gf" if you will and are fully behind him now. As we know with how crazy fans were 2 years ago supporting the Rams so Stafford could get his SB they don't hold any grudge towards him or anything. Also this wasn't the time or place to be the courteous and classy fans, this was a big deal for the franchise and its fanbase. You can give Matthew his proper ovation another time if you like.

I also don't like when important games are played in absolute **** weather. I get that football is an outdoor sport and weather is part of the equation but I think there has to be some extent to it. I think back to that Philly game we played like 10 yrs ago, imagine something like that deciding a conference championship? Like how could you possibly tell who the real better team when you play in weather like that?

I still refuse to believe that was an intentional dirty play. Did he go a little low? Sure but one of the things you have to keep in mind is that this was a big TE, not a 180lb WR that you can wrap up easier, with the bigger guys you are always taught to go lower that's why many of the plays where guys jump over defenders are by bigger RBs or TEs and not small receivers and secondly the injury wouldn't have happened if the collision occurred a millisecond earlier or later, it would've just looked like a normal tackle but unfortunately it just happened right at time his leg extended. At the speed the game moves at no way Joseph could intentionally time it for that to happen.

Rogers Centre in Toronto possibly?? Of course with it being so close to Buffalo it may be getting hit with the same storms so it could present some logistical problems for fans or the commute but atleast the game would be indoors.

I know you can say this about most teams but Atlanta is a solid QB away from being pretty damn good, there is alot of talent there. Like even if they were able to have a steady guy like how Baker Mayfield played this year I could easily see them being in the same place as the Bucs are now, if they got somebody like Cousins than that would be even better. If I was a potential HC they'd be high on the list of teams I'd be interested in.

I know he sucked in limited time this year but I'm not counting out Sordsal potentially being a solid guard for us in the future. Other Holmes picks have improved with time so maybe Sordsal will be another one.

Seeing some of the exodus from Bama's wealth of talent is what's most frustrating about the yearly Harbaugh situation. Normally a team of Michigan's current stature would be able to possibly bring in some of those prized commodities but when your HC always has 1 foot out the door it makes it almost impossible to get those guys. Same with all the other top portal guys. Then when Harbaugh finally makes his decision all the good players will already be gone. Same with the Head Coaches, Im almost positive that Moore is/will be the guy regardless of who else is out there but hypothetically if Michigan did want to go outside and hire the top guys will have already moved on to other jobs.

The Wizards and Pistons are so much alike in the fact that they both have been like the most irrelevant franchises in basketball the last 15 yrs and probably more than that for the Wizards. I feel like that franchise has been like a 35 to 40 win team my entire life.

Everybody is wrong the biggest Detroit sporting event was Wrestlemania 3 at the Silverdome Andre The Giant vs. Hulk Hogan! And I refuse to hear the blasphemy that it wasnt a real sport! 😀

I can't remember if it was 2011 or 2014 but one of the two if we were able to win in GB the matchup was going to be extremely favorable, I can't remember the team but I just remember being so upset about the situation cause the loss not only kept them from getting that matchup but in 2011 forced them to arguably the toughest place to win in the NFL at that time and in 2014 another tough place in Dallas when you factor in the refs.

Under Stafford I can't think of a single "big game" we won? Like the 3 times we made the playoffs we kinda struggled at the end of the year and lost every time the division was on the line. As for high profile national games the only one that comes to mind that we won the Bears Monday Night game that made us 5-0. Any other we may have won we weren't very good that year so ultimately it didnt matter. And for the record certainly not blaming him for all the losses but for one reason or another we just never could win that big game when he was with us.

Things can always change quickly in the NFL but I wouldn't be surprised if the NFC North is the best division in football in the next couple years.

Siriani did just take them to a Super Bowl so even though the collapse is of epic proportions I would think long and hard about pulling the trigger. I mean hypothetically what if the same thing were to happen to us next year would that mean that Campbell should be gone?
