I noted a couple things from reading a Vikings forum. First, in two parts, some had realized Darnold wasn’t as good as his record/glad to have him exposed today so they don’t drop big $ on him next year and beyond. And secondly that many think Campbell is a dummy. I think they are right about Darnold, but delusional that JJ will be good right away. And the Campbell appraisal seems based on his verbal enthusiasm and going for it on fourth down. Like there isn’t way more happening or that he’s lucky. I don’t think they come close to 14 wins next year. Maybe 11, maybe.
