  1. Michigan is already locked in.
  2. There can’t be any other way. The only thing, and this is so far outside the box that it won’t happen, is if the committee decides to negate much of the damage of the UM loss on the Bucks being without injured JSN and Henderson and also assuming they would both be able to return for the playoff.
  3. Not sure what to think today. USA has gotten better each time out and hopefully a natural progression will continue and they will dominate the midfield and finally finish crosses. Let’s also hope today’s Zimmermoment doesn’t end up in the back of the goal. On the other hand, Iran has looked good in the 2nd half of both games. They play hard. If they lose this may be the last time we may see some of their players and I’m not just talking on a soccer field. US 2 Iran (proudly pronounced I-Ran) 1
  4. We knew it had to happen. He was lucky to have been brought back this season and the team still made treacherous mistakes. Their cars were much faster than Mercedes and 2nd place never should have come down to the last race. This bodes well for Ferarri going forward.
  5. Nice weekend! I was so close last night to a +5000 parlay. Kenneth Gainwell/Christian Watson/Devonta Smith anytime TD. All the Eagles playmakers got a tuddy except Smith. So much for turning $5 into $250. Lost an 8 team +1609 parlay on that OT game in Seattle. Mainly moneyline favorites but still hard to hit an 8 teamer.
  6. I’m not loving of any of these QB’s at the top. I like Stroud better than Levis and Young but would probably pass on all 3. Anderson or Carter for the defense would be great with the Rams pick. Maybe even trade back to between 7-10 with a team wanting a QB and take CB Ringo with that pick. Definitely see them taking a corner somewhere in the first. The challenge with all of this is they will need a QB soon. Goff can hold it for a year more but they need a future QB and I don’t know where that comes from. I don’t see us picking this high again and so maybe it might be the best to take one here. As much as I am not excited by these guys, I am reminded at how much I liked Sam Darnold and hated Justin Herbert.
  7. Marv and Agnew scored big 4th quarter TDs in their week last week against Baltimore.
  8. Think this may be a good spot for one of the UM assistants. Mike Hart, Jay Harbaugh, or Sherrone Moore?
  9. Their numbers are way off. Here are the real chances to make the playoff: 1) Georgia - 100% 2) Michigan - 100% 3) TCU - 100% 4) USC - 62.1% (current percent odds they beat Utah) 5) Ohio St. - 37.9%
  10. By the 2028 election cycle, he will be out of coaching and into politics as the new face of the Michigan GOP.
  11. When I said they were making up ground with Moore that meant digging deeper into the Mat Ishbia money bag.
  12. Bengals WR Coach and Stanford legend Troy Walters would fit the bill better than Sherman. Although I am in favor of appointing a consortium from the business and engineering schools to run the program.
  13. Oregon OC Kenny Dillingham is taking the job at ASU. The top player in the state, Detroit King QB Donte Moore, has been a longtime Duck commit. There had been rumblings recently that MSU was making up ground in turning him. This will be interesting to watch as State desperately needs him.
  14. The lack of ice hurt them badly today.
  15. He will have his choice of TV gigs if he wants as well.
  16. I think this is right. After all of the speculation on how crazy things could turn out, in the end it really is simple. USC beats Utah and they are the 4th. If not, OSU backs in over Alabama.
  17. Loss by 1 at #14 on a last minute TD & conversion vs. losing by 22 at home to the #3 team. Never said the same but I thought close enough not to nitpick.
  18. Comes down to the Apple Cup tonight. Favored UW wins and Utah goes. Wazzu pulls the upset and Oregon stilll goes.
  19. USC and LSU have very tough roads. Neither are likely to make it. Odds would still seem to favor OSU making it in at 4.
  20. Yes - USC would be Pac12 champ with 3 consecutive ranked wins to end the year. Their wins would be better than the Bucks and the loses would be similar.
  21. USC/Notre Dame - The greatest intersectional rivalry in the land has meaning again. Ohio St. getting blown out at home opens the door for USC. Caleb Williams has the Heisman for the taking too. I think its going to be a tight one that goes down to the end.
  22. Amazing at how things have changed in the course of two years. Harbaugh is back among the upper echelon of college coaches while Ryan Day has Bucks fans calling for his head.
  23. No need for an Orji when you get a 69 yard TD instead.
  24. That Orji jersey should be a best seller with the students.
