Brady Cerkownyk, who seemed on the way to becoming a heavy-hitting catcher and potential steal from last July’s draft (15th round), will be mending for the remainder of 2024 and into 2025 after having Tommy John surgery. Cerkownyk is a Canada native who played last year at Connors State College.
