If he stays healthy I wouldn’t count him out from being shot out of a damn cannon out there. Dude is defying the odds.

Both him and Iffy may struggle for playing time though so long as that secondary is playing at the level they are.

Agreed about the Minnesota game. I guess the Rams game was the only real toss up and perhaps the Seattle game with that fortunate offensive PI call against Seattle late but it never felt like they were going to lose that game. 

Other than that, the Arizona game score was closer than the game indicated, the Cowboys, Titans and Packers games were blowouts. I thought the Lions were a little rusty to start the season but they've been a dominant team this season moreso than last season.

The Lions are going to be loaded in the secondary for the playoff run with Moseley and Iffy returning, assuming they don't get injured again in the next 3 weeks which is a big assumption with those two. Davis, Arnold, Robertson, Rakestraw, Moseley, Branch, Joseph, Iffy, even B. Joseph, Dorsey Vildor are decent depth that far back into the depth chart. I'd be hard pressed to find a deeper secondary in the league, Holmes is a freaking magician with what he's done with this group in 2 years really.

Josh Pachal is back after a cancer scare - great news for him personally, but that's going to help quite a bit.   He shows some flashes, maybe he can start to shine.   How can you not root for a guy like that (if the image is real).

Worth noting that this week is the Browns bye week so Smith has yet to have one this year so wouldn't be the worst idea to just let him take this week off all together and rest up.

They need a roster spot for Zylstra or one of Martin, Melifonwu or Moseley coming off IR.
