These MOP’s are supposed to be able to penetrate about 200’ into the ground. Is there any intel anywhere that has an estimated depth on how far in the ground these nuclear sites are?

I look forward to all the protests aimed at Republicans and destruction of college campuses demanding a ceasefire. I look forward to the city of Chicago passing a ceasefire resolution for Iran. I look forward to these protestors playing in traffic and following Trump around calling him genocide Don.

Estimates are the Fordo site is under 80 meters (260 feet) or rock and soil.   It's built into the side of a mountain.

Tucker ****ing Carlson doing what the mainstream media should be doing. Everything is upside down right now.

Say what you want about Tucker, but his ethos is very much all about no new wars.

Can't say the same about the MSM

Yes, that is the one thing he gets right.  MAGA has claimed that they want that too.  We will see what they think if their leader gets us involved in a new war.

The most interesting part isn't the exchange on the ear but that it illuminates the problems that the GOP are likely to have if/when Trump exits the scene.

Its interesting to see the tension between Tulsi and Tucker Russian faction and the Vegas and other zionist factions.  It might cost Comrade Tulsi her job.

Iran was a democratic-ish country, with an elected parliamentary government, under Mohammad Mosaddegh until we helped remove him from power. Is there any thought that Iran could return to a pseudo-democratic country as it was 60 years ago?

I don’t know, we are going on fifty years of personality-driven autocracy so there are a few generations steeped in it who know nothing else. Might be a tall order.

Carlson is not a good faith actor, but I would fallen out of my chair if he asked

"Do you think American troops are going to be welcomed as liberators?"

there are 4 leaders in the world today who stay in power by stoking conflict to keep their people unified against the "other": Putin, Khamenei, Netanyahu, and Trump.

Four off the tops of ours heads, anyway.

My spidey sense, which I acknowledge might be wrong, is that Trump and his people back in 2017 wanted out of the Iran deal because they needed Iran to be a rogue state they can reliably point to as a threat, but they also thought Iran was controllable since they were still many many years away from having a working nuke.

Iran might have been closer than anyone on this side calculated.

I promise you someone is getting good and paid on this horseshirt. I don’t know the details—I only know it’s happening.

i suspect that Miller's threat to send the ICE division leaders with the fewest scalps to Dachau to join the other undesirables is motivating these people to just follow orders to keep their jobs

It really doesn't matter what MAGA has claimed, MAGA isn't based on principle, it's based on what dear leader says and does.  If he decides to join the fight with Israel, the only people on his side complaining about it will be cast aside until they find a way to reconcile with dear leader by doing something else horrible.

Plus he just wanted to kill it because it was an Obama thing - if you recall he tried to de-Obama-fy everything he could. It was his big motivation early  in his 1st term.

That more than anything else was his motivation.  He's not a strategist.  He's reactionary.

He's not.  But he's also not stupid.  He was playing a role all these years on Fox.  But if you go back to his early crossfire days he wasn't like that... plus there's the whole thing where he was playing nice with Hunter Biden back when his kid needed something. It's a game to Tucker.  But he knows the reality. He doesn't deserve respect or the benefit of the doubt but he is capable of being correct when he wants to portray that.  Why he's doing it now, who knows.  Motivations are fair to question when he's had the career he's had.
