Weird. My little pocket schedule say 1:10 PM. The MLB app has it at 5:10 PM. A typo? Or was it changed because of the weather forecast?

This is the MLB Free Game of the Day. I can watch it free on my PC, iPad or phone but lately the MLB app on my Samsung TV has been locking the “free” games.

I only watched it when it happened so I may be remembering it wrong but from memory that looks alike Ichiro against Verlander in the All Star Game there in 07 I believe.  A similar bounce led to Ichiro walking in for the inside the park hr.

With this game starting at 5:10 PM EDT this is not really a “night game“ so the Rays can still leave town at a halfway decent hour to get to their Thursday night game in Boston while also avoiding the pain incurred by both clubs for rescheduling.

I almost switched over to that broadcast for the last inning, but the idea of pulling myself away from Johnny and Todd and the guy from Ilitch Holdings they were interviewing was too tough to bear.
