I have been pretty busy lately and I have to admit I didn't know Holman and Curet are on the 40-man and that I had never heard of Curet before. Also, Curet arguably has worse eyebrows than Torres.

Drew Anderson will fill Mize's starting spot while Tyler Mattison comes up for the spot in the pen - or - Ty Madden gets called up For the positioin player Jace Jung or Ben Malgeri.

Holman and Curet can very easily be DFA'ed if space is needed. Also on the pitching front, Vanasco has been lights out and can come up for relief help until they need length. Would take up a 40 man spot, but again, Holman and Curet are expendable.

My guess for Mize's spot (if he needs it) would be Ty Madden (already on the roster)

I have completely come around to having Congressional (and statewide) districts with Multiple members. Instead of 13 congressional districts, divide the state into 4 regions, maybe 5 if you give the UP it's own district. One big election, the top two or three vote getters get to go to Washington. Yes, the is the boring and obvious solution, especially if McKinstry is nearing a return (and it sounds like he is). I think it certainly means they aren’t going to put a guy like gage workman on the 40 for such a short term need. Same goes for potential Mize replacements. I hear sammons name thrown around and that just isn’t happening. If sammons is called up I will eat my hat (nacho hats allowed).

Even with all the negativity, I see the Pistons winning big tonight. By at least 10 points but probably closer to 20.

Just think if they quit wasting shots and just get 2 points 25% of the time. This series would probably be over. Last game i saw at least 4 Piston misses turn into Orlando fast break points, a 5 point swing every time.

McKinstry shouldn’t be out much longer so I doubt they’re going to make a 40 man roster move unless Javy or Mize is going to miss significant time—which it doesn’t look likely they will at this point I’d guess Jung comes up until McKinstry is back
