The defense of snapping it with a running clock before the 2 minute warning is trying to catch the defense off guard, first and foremost you have to score there, not everything needs to be about clock management ultimately scoring the touchdown is the most important thing.

There's no guaranteeing the Bills would have played the same way that drive if we gave them less time. Maybe it turns out better, maybe worse but I doubt it plays out the exact same way so you can't say for sure that sack would've ended it. I do agree though that they should've waited till after the 2 minute warning to take a snap but it may not have mattered in the end.

Campbell's aggressiveness on 4th downs has now resulted in 2 TDs instead of 2 FGs, naysayers keep that in mind next he goes for it and it backfires. You're not going to convert them all but over the course of the season being aggressive on 4th down is going to pay off in the end.

Eventually trading all those picks for veterans was going to catch up to the Rams and it appears its starting to now. They won their championship so atleast it wasn't all for naught but they could be in for some tough times in the coming years.

Zack Wilson is legit approaching Ryan Leaf levels as far as QB busts go.

Coming off a 3 game winning streak where the city and its fans are starting to buy into you along with being a big nationally televised game this feels like one of those games that if we truly are just the SOL that we will either A. not show up and get destroyed or B. play our asses off and either get screwed by the refs or lose in some other heartbreaking fashion.

I guess you can't expect them to lose them all but if they're going to win I would prefer it be because guys like Ivey, Duren and even Saddiq had monster games not guys like Kevin Knox or Alec Burks.

Ford Field was just selected to host the 2027 Final Four. I had a blast at the 2009 one so I'm looking forward to this. Hopefully Michigan will have a good squad that year.

I was looking at some of Candy's more advanced splits last week to see if there is anything there that would indicate a bounce back and I found nothing of substance. I even looked at his splits against the shift in hopes that he lost alot of production to it and there just wasn't much there. This doesnt mean he can't or won't bounce back but nothing from his batted ball or advanced splits indicated that he was unlucky or anything.

Yeah just call it a lost season and move on. It sucks for them knowing that their 1st pick is going to another team but assuming they have their 2nd(i haven't checked) you could take solace in knowing that pick will be in the early 30s vs. Late 40s or 50s.

Lol true, I will say I don't think the Lions are a real playoff threat under the vast majority of years but between the NFC being way down and having 7 teams now I think they are just as capable and good as any other of the teams chasing that last spot.

Buffalo's last 3 games they lost to the Jets who imo aren't very good, lost to the Vikings who imo are good but not great and struggled against the Browns. Im willing to give them a little pass for that last game considering the weather circumstances in Buffalo and having to go play in a neutral field but still the point remains that they just havent been the same team the last month.

With it sounding like Cade is going to miss significant time the only reason to watch the team is to watch and hope Ivey and a Duren develop.

Victor is basically a cheat code, barring an injury I don't see anyway he isn't a superstar in the NBA. I know there's some great consolation prizes but that lottery night is going to be a franchise altering night for some team, lets hope it's us.

Guy posted this in August, so far the coin flip prediction is 10-0. It's too bad for the coin it picked the Jets to win against us, that's the game where the streak ends.

They just showed the standings on the Steelers/Browns game and the lead announcer was like "how about those Detroit Lions winning 3 straight?" and the analyst chimed in with "They're a team better than their record and are playing well now, looking at their schedule and I can easily see them running the table." Yeah I think that's quite a bit hyperbolic but it's good to see that not just Lions fans see the team and schedule and think that they could make some noise the rest of the way.

Just to add to my previous post about the Vikes, The Vikings are 7-0 in 1 possession games this year, no matter how good you are that is just a remarkable amount of fortune that isn't likely to be sustained.
