My mother in laws uncles were born in that time frame. All from Poland. Same way. They found money hidden in all kinds of places. $20 here or there. why would a person need to establish a different 'degree' of rape? A person who rapes a 14 year old girl is just as evil as one who rapes a 5 year old girl and their punishments should be equal.
