Shouldn't the person who hired them also get arrested?  That person seems more at fault to me.

Absolutely the employers should be arrested and charged.

I can think of a few crimes that were made to go away by MAGA judge Aileen Canon.

They're human beings, and still entitled to due process-mostly here to work, and make a better life. Some of them were 2-3 when they were brought here and don't even remember the countries of their birth. 

I work with a lot of people from Central America and they are good, hardworking people. I don't know under what circumstances they first came here (they're citizens now) and I don't care.

The story of insisting on by-the-numbers law enforcement for everyone but POTUS is the point of pointing out Aileen Canon and the other courts letting Trump off of treasonous activities.
