Who knows, maybe the Tigers make him a decent offer and he decides playing for a good team in a mid market is more fun than NYC/LA. OK - not likely, but you never know. Could also depend on what Keith looks like in another couple of months.

It’s been nice to have signed a hitter and actually have them exceed expectations for the first time in many years

He got way more of a career than a UDFA has a right to dream about. And he got paid three Ms this year, which is a nice consolation prize.

Probably worse.  I had actually forgotten about him.  When I think about players coming back from injuries, he's not one of the ones that comes to mind.
