Id like to think I was looking at it when they snapped it.  I get notified every time it flies over and run out to look if it’s not cloudy.

that images was repositioned from its original on nasas site. The version I saw had lower michigan in the upper right.

Crazy if true.

It would be more convincing if the guy had dropped two of the exact same brand and one bounced and the other didn’t, rather than dropping two of the same brand and they both bounce, and then dropping two of a different brand and they both don’t.

Also, not for nothing, the lady dropped one battery only, an Energizer, and it bounced; and then the guy dropped two that bounced, also both Energizers. The two the guy dropped that didn’t bounce? Not Energizers, and from the looks of it, probably a different manufacturer, possibly with different physical specs and/or materials for their battery’s outer shell than Energizer has.

So, until I see this happen with two of the same brand, then yeah, I’m thinking ain’t no way.

The irony here is that Selleck was considered for the role of Indiana Jones.  But I think the Magnum PI thing didn't allow for time on a movie set.

If Selleck had done Jones it would have been one and done. He couldn't have given the character the irony that is Ford's calling card and makes a romp like an Indiana Jones movie work.

The Raiders of the lost Ark scene where Ford was ill and instead of a fight with I assume would have been whips. He pulls out his gun and shoots said bad guy. This is one of my favorite scenes even before I heard the story.

The poor producers had paid for the sword master, the choreography and Harrison just blew it up, but you can't argue with perfect.

I forget which one it was (3rd or 4th movie), but the edition with Sean Connery was a good pairing of the two.

So of course I’m gonna critique it.

The lady in the red dress looks too in on the joke.

The guy needed to turn his head and body more.

The lady in blue looks more pleading than pissed off.

Otherwise, spot on.
