still and all, the Cy Young exile loses his first game with the super team and the Tigers' shut out is closed out by the waiver wire pick-up. One night out of 162 but ...baseball.

It's a shame that he started so late, while I do think he'll get some Cy Young votes, he's not going to win it.   If he keeps this up he should be in the conversation.

I had to check BR for that - crazy part compared to today's baseball?  They were 85-76 and finished 5th, 18 games out.
