  1. Past hour
  2. Man the Griffins look like crap, Postava is saving them and keeping it 0-0
  3. I’ve been in Taiwan and Japan the last week and I believe the Tigers have gone 1 for Asia while I’ve been here. But one pleasure has been the all-night indoor batting cage a 5 minute walk from our Shinjuku hotel. $3 for 25 balls. Baseball not fastball or softball, unlike the cages near me back home. It is humbling to see how stiff my swing looks on video though.
  4. I promise @Jason_R and I are different people
  5. This made me happy to see.
  6. Man he just looks.... unreal these playoffs. The Wolves have tried to get him off his game too but he keeps standing tall.
  7. Yesterday
  8. Lions got screwed with all of the divisional road games coming in the final 4 games of the season. Would have been nice to have at least one of those at home.
  9. Angine de Poitrine are fantastic. As someone who has been drumming for a little less than a year I'm always in awe of the drummer's time keeping especially with all the signature changes. And of course the other brother playing both guitar and bass is insanely impressive. I could watch live videos of them all day.
  10. Yep, he wants to turn them all into millionaires and use them again to try to gut the elections in '26 and '28 (with help this time from the Supreme Court) Not to mention having us pay for his folly into Iraq, his Billion Dollar Tomb, as well as other gold plated monuments, rising fuel and grocery prices....
  11. Don’t like a week six bye, though they should be 4-1 at worst entering it. Playing the Patriots in Munich, the Bucs in Detroit, and then the Bears on Thanksgiving is a brutal 12-day stretch too. Feels like the Lions could be the better team than all three of them and still come out 1-2.
  12. Don’t like at Chicago and at GB weeks 17 and 18. Let’s clinch before then.
  13. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WELCOME TO ROCK BOTTOM
  14. Nolan Arenado? What are the pills you're on? I want to try some. First of all, we're on his no-trade list. Secondly, he's on the downside of his career now and he's way too pricey for what you'll get in return. Next year their 3b will be a combo platter of Keith/McGonigle/Lee/Max Anderson. As far as what to do with Torkelson? If they have the option he needs to go to Toledo to figure things out. I am paying attention to Eduardo Valencia , who had a really good year in 2025 but is struggling this year. The other options are probably Jace Jung, Colt Keith and maybe even Matt Vierling. Maybe Gage Workman should start learning that position. He's got the size for it.
  15. If the Lions stay healthy, I'm going with 13-4. They'll lose to the Bills and 3 of 6 to divisional opponents.
  16. With Mize something unforeseen is getting to be foreseeable.
  17. I’ve always just wanted our typical homes, aways, and an orange option. We finally get the orange option and it’s pretty terrible.
  18. So us taxpayers, that are already suffering enough under this administration, are now going to pay for a slush fund for insurrectionists??? ****. This. ****.
  19. Barring anything unforeseen, Mize should return on Saturday.
  20. The leagues last two minute report said the no call on Allen was the correct call. Here is their reasoning.
  21. at the rate they are giving up runs, the offense hardly even matters. They might as well get over all their slumping before the pitching (hopefully) becomes competitive again.
  22. By the way, good for Gage Workman!
  23. I didn’t even check the schedule and thought this was a night game so I missed the whole thing. I got up early and watched the Giro d'Italia on HBO and ate a good breakfast. Went for a 2 mile walk at the Idaho Botanical Garden and came home blissfully unaware this game was occurring. Then did some shopping, ate a late light lunch, then some ice cream, and I’m glad I missed all this. Now I’m re-watching Pluribus - my favorite parts - for the umpteenth time. I could get used to this.
  24. Duren has 0 total second chance points in the Cavs series so far. He averaged 6 second chance points per game in the regular season.
  25. Tigers won the first two road games of the year..are 5-19 since. They been swept by Arizona, Minnesota, and now New York(0-10).
