Dear lord, please let this be true ... I think Frank makes a lot of **** up but he's saying they have 5-6 offers on the table and are looking for a prospect of the same caliber. Personally I would probably just keep our prospects versus trading for him but I guess he's supposed to be a good player so what do I know. It would probably be one of ASP / MBN / Danielson if they wanted to do it. Maybe one of their top two goalie prospects but who knows. edit: from a Lebrun video: Chris Johnston says Columbus initially wanted another prospect back for Jiricek, but they’re getting to a point where they might consider a package of picks + depth defenseman to get more teams involved. They want it done quick because Jiricek is in the AHL and doesn’t want to stay there for long.
