I think I remember once when the Lions played the Niners and WR Freddie Solomon had to play QB and I also remember a year where the Lions went through 5 or 6 QBs out of injury and suckitude. Not that I live and die by the fortunes of the Niners, but I hate seeing a team go down this way. Okay, Packers, Cowboys or Patriots, I'd be okay with them going down this way, but it sucks. I think they may get their asses turned inside out by the Bengals or Chiefs. Any given Sunday and all that, but the best of the AFC seems a step-and-a-half above the best of the NFC.
