How frequently do you have to renew a CCW in the state of Michigan that a man of his age would have one and it would lapse? I have one in the state of Virginia which goes for 5 years. They should have won by a bigger margin where they wouldn't have needed him in the game, but every team has that game they either lose or scares them and that was the one this year.
