Yeah I don't see anyway you can prove it nor do I think that was the sole motivation behind the trade but they may have seen the signs or he may have said things in passing to coaches/players/management that made them think something wasn't right. I've been taking medication to treat my social anxiety disorder since I was 17 so the illness hits home to me. I've tried numerous times over the last 25 years to get off the medication and when I do my close friends/family along with myself noticed a difference in me for the worse so I end up going back on them.

Outside of Lange and Manning(when he is on) nobody on this roster has big league caliber stuff. It's like everybody else throws low 90s FBs with no life or command along with lollipop breaking balls. Virtually every other team you watch has a ton of guys that may not have the best command atleast are capable of throwing plus stuff we don't have any of them aside from the two I mentioned.

Gotta be honest, parts of our online fanbase have really shown their *** since the announcement. At least online. The trade may not work out in the end, but it's not worth being so callous about the human beings involved.

Yep, as I mentioned above with my anxiety disorder I am fine 99+% of the time(by fine I mean relatively speaking) but once in a while in certain situations despite therapy and medication I still get attacks and breakdowns usually in high stress environments with people. It has cost me or atleast kept me from pursuing several promotions throughout my life just because of the environment that came with it. I couldn't imagine struggling with it and trying to have a job like a pro athlete.

I feel bad for Meadows...this is rough all around.

Well, yeah. I try not to lean over your back fence too often, but the idea that "America" could "lose prestige internationally", well, with all respect to my dear friends here, if I were you I would not worry too much about that, that ship sails on a regular schedule. And it does not need any help from any outside interests. Chuck Todd made me snort a few years ago, he was interviewing somebody about the latest appalling shit show in Washington or maybe somewhere else, I don't remember what it was, doesn't matter, but in the middle of the interview he just blurted out "is America losing its moral authority" and after my surprised snort I said to myself "moral authority? MORAL AUTHORITY??? Jesus F Christ Chuck, in what alternate universe has 'America' had 'moral authority' in the eyes of anyone on earth who does not live within its borders, for the past 100 years?" So again, I love all my friends here, and as your friend my advice would be to not get too worried about losing prestige internationally.

This is just great. I’ve really been losing a lot of sleep over the relationship between the dude who made $112MM in contract salary alone across his career but severs relationships over $2MM he didn’t earn and the corporate ownership team that literally couldn’t gift him the money even if they wanted to. It’s really nice to see that now that the Lions are getting good and going to be in the spotlight the former declares that the relationship is magically getting better. I’m sure that doesn’t have to do with wanting to be in the spotlight for his businesses or anything. /s

I cannot believe how much the technique on Ivey's shot has improved since his days at Purdue. And even it seems like since the beginning of the season. I never thought it would get this far. I was always kind of hoping just for a Shawn Marion type deal where it looks ugly but can at least be somewhat effective at times. But it seems like it can be much more than that now. It's actually a decent looking stroke now.

The whole Thomas rebuttal is pure BS. Anyone with a grain of propriety would instinctively know that accepting free plane trips or vacations, even from a longtime "friend" should set off warning bells and whistles. Not to mention underwriting Thomas wife's Political Action Committee. I've known smaller market reporters who have turned down the "Goodie" packages from PGA and LPGA tournament sponsors so not to be accused of favoritism. He's a member of the country's highest court, and he doesn't understand that your "friend" offers you a gift, that it may not be technically wrong but perception matters just as much.

My dog gave me a black eye This picha was taken about an hour after the incident. Sweet Lucy is tryin to blind me. I bent down to pick up some dirty clothes on the floor and the same time she went to jump on the bed and her coconut head walloped me in the eye. I was wearing reader glasses..........they were in pieces all over the room (think Joey Bats getting hit by Odor) and it was the glasses that cut my eye brow. My eyelid is now a combination of red, dark purple, yellow, kind of like a sunset). Sweetest dog ever, but she's a handful.
