The problem is you can't become president unless you make a lot of promises and promising stuff costs big money (even if they are executed half ass as is usualy the case). To be honest, at the risk of eliciting the disrespect of my peers, I didn’t follow game #2 very long and only checked in occasionally until the very end to witness Carpenter’s utterly unbelievable three-run home run which came at the end of a game marked most of the way by a tedious futility in which defeat seemed certain to me. The angst was too much for me. Instead, I spent $29.99 at Amazon to purchase then watch Deadpool & Wolverine which I’ve already seen three times at the theater to follow the rapid-fire dialogue on CC I’d previously missed. At the beginning of the film, as a result, I paused it to look up the word “pegging” which I urge none of you to search if you’re at work. GO TIGERS!!!
