  1. It aged fine. I am not embarrassed at all by my middle eastern neighbors. They are fine people. In fact I am worried about them because assholes like you and your president may now make life difficult for them. They are a few days away from celebrating the end of Ramadan and I can't wait to smell and taste the wonderful goodies they will share with us. I missed them in my fitness classes at the gym. You on the other hand are a certified bigot and racist. I'm quoting this post to confirm it for everybody who has you on block/ignore to see for themselves. You should just leave here. You provide zero value to this MB. It would be better off without you. Nobody will miss you. And while you are at it it would be best if you never visited Dearborn or Michigan again. We don't really require your presence.

  5. Brad did an amazing job building this franchise into a yearly contender. It’s incredible where they are now from when he started. But if I’m being honest, he’s kind of sucked since they lost to SF in the NFC title game. He hasn’t really cooked **** since then.

  8. Good to see them stomping the teams they should stomp again. Please save some of this hot shooting for the games we really need it in. Huerter with another solid game. He's no world beater, but I'd rather see him play than Lavert.

  11. The problem is they pick 17 not 3. Can’t guarantee they get a decent one in the draft and even if you do they still need a vet for either the no 2 or 3 on depth chart. The haven’t done either and another option went off the board. Muhammad has his problem but so does everyone whether it be age, health or production. At least we knew what Muhammad could do. right now we have a big ole gaping whole and the position where Brad hasn’t added anyone, really, in years. That’s the frustration

  12. Someone needs to let Brad know that it’s only at the trade deadline where he’s supposed to do nothing as a Detroit GM. He’s should actually do work in the offseason.

  23. I know the Iran War will be over when I feel it in my bones. Not intelligence reports, not after meeting with the Joint Chiefs and receiving a briefing. Naw, he's just going to feel in his bones and his gut full of Big Macs and Diet Cokes. I wonder if Eisenhower felt it in his bones with Operation Overlord and the invasion of France at Normandy? Ike, do you think this operation will work? Sure do General Bradley, I feel it in my bones.

  24. I am guessing this has to do more with other things going on in life, but man this turn of events for the Wings has just been a punch in the gut for me. Going from Larkin only missing a game or two hopefully and acquiring Faulk to having no centers and looking at no playoffs yet again....depressing.

  27. At this point, I’d rather start with McGonigle and Jung on the team and put Meadows, Wenceel and Jones in Toledo and make them hit their way back up to Detroit. Let Javy and Vierling share CF duty and have Carpenter and Keith be the primary DH candidates. Let Jung back up 1B/3B and McGonigle play every day at SS. I like Cruz, but he’s a bit redundant until we move on from Javy or McKinstry.

  29. Reader isn't a starter, McNeil and Williams are your starters. The Lions were deep at LB. Barnes, Rodriguez, Nowaske, Cunningham. Ya-Sin can play outside corner or safety. He was pretty good at corner last year. Izen will be the nickleback. They will draft a tackle. It's a deep tackle draft.

  36. I think if they are going to have divisions, then the they should play teams within their division more often. If they aren't going to do that, then they should get rid of divisions. If a team isn't one of the top six teams in the league, they don't deserve to be in the playoffs anyway.

  38. Alzheimer’s and dementia is tough to see. My grandfather had it onset quickly. My grandmother, mother, and myself were with him in the hospital one day, and he was ina good mood, but still confused. You probably know mood swings can occur easily, and can be night and day. Anyway, he briefly gained awareness for several minutes. He realized who we were and talked to us by name. Then he also realized he was in a hospital bed, somewhat restrained, and knew it wasn’t a good situation. Started weeping and was apologetic that we were there, and then drifted back into that other dimension. I don’t know why the timing limed up for me to be fortunate enough to be there for my elders, but I guess it’s one of those things you don’t ask too many questions about. He didn’t talk about his past too much. He grew up in Hamtramck and moved down to Toledo. He spoke English and Polish. His family bootlegged, but we didn’t know too much about that. I knew nothing of it until then. It was explained to me (probably reluctantly) because he was reliving some of those days and events in his alternate reality. We think he relived the time that he saw his uncle drown. We know he relived some of the plan making for overnight transfers of booze across the line. He’d sometimes go from English to Polish and Polish to English in his conversations. He looked at me once and told me in a matter of fact tone that he’d seen better looking heads on turkey vultures. And throughout all of that, the one thing that he always remembered was he wasn’t going to take any pills. So, yeah, these diseases that take over your mind are awful. There can be moments of good or tolerable or whatever, but it’s tough to go through for those involved.

  39. That's still a lot of snaps for two big, 300lb interior Dlineman to take. Someone, somewhere, is going to need to be in the field taking snaps that Anzalone had, whether it's at LB, an extra DB on the field or they run heavy up front or on the edge. We also don't know what, if anything, comes of Terrion Arnold and the legal situation. He could be clean and innocent and nothing comes of it or he could be the next Cam Sutton and off the team. We all obviously hope it's the latter, not the former.
