I think Sewell is a guy who people will look back in ten years and wonder how the hell he fell to #7.

No doubt, he's a future HOF but this is also a draft filled with great players maybe one of the best non-QB drafts of all time when all is said and done. Parsons, Sewell, Darrisaw, Slater, Dickerson, Chase, Waddle, Smith, St. Brown, Surtain, Horn, Hufanga etc.  Could be 3-4 all time greats in there. I'd also like to add McNeil just to sip on more Holmes kool-aid.

I think the two 1,000 yard rushers is more likely than 1,000 yard receivers. I don't know if Laporta will be able to average enough.

That's my feeling as well. Against the Saints he really went off... 140 yards. Outside of that he's only averaging 47 yards per game. Now, if he gets another game over 100+ yards then that makes it much easier, but I don't see that coming.

The Vikings defense ranks dead last in completion percentage. Their blitzing allows for short passing and the rank near the bottom in DVOA to passes to RBs and TEs. They are also one of the worst defenses on passes over the middle. All areas where the Lions thrive. Get the ball out quickly to Gibbs or Montogomery in the flat and let them break tackles.

But Ben Johnson is really smart. He knows that the Vikings know that the Lions know. So...he'll call long pass plays to fool everyone. 😆😆
