Trump’s entire defense is it's a hoax, completely made up.  He can say that because none of us were there, we have no clue what happened or didn't happen.  These women were, they were the victims, they can name names.  You run them out there for a presser and don't drop any red meat?  That lends credence to the hoax theory.

I think the hoax theory isn't going to work for him since his supporters and those around him are the ones who pushed the story the hardest.  Connecting the dots, I think there is a good chance he was involved in some horrible things.  At the very least, I think he knew what was happening and is covering it up.  I also think we'll never know what happened.  Wealthy powerful people pretty much always get away with everything.  Even if the women revealed names, they'd be called liars and maybe intimidated or bribed into changing their stories.  Keeping the story in the news and hurting Trump politically and legacy-wise is probably the maximun we could hope for.

Regarding Massie... yes he's often a tool and I disagree with him vehemently on things.  But I fully support his stance on this Epstein stuff.  Yes it's dumb to have to congratulate people for doing the right thing, especially issues involving rape and all of that, but this is where the GOP took us.   I don't care who this scandal takes down.  People need to be punished for it.   Anybody who fights it is on my suspicious list as being involved.
