Cernowynk? Brady Cernowynk? Fifteenth-round, 440th-overall-selected Brady Cernowynk? That Brady Cernowynk?

Oh I remember Henning going over-board with things. They did give him a solid bonus so I am sure that was part of it.

I would not be opposed to MLB using the chalk line. I swear Neto cheated over that line a few times in the last series.

Yeah he definitely did atleast judging by the views that were shown on TV. I didn't realize at the time though that the cutoff was like that, I thought it was just straight up behind the center of the 2nd base bag so when they showed it on the broadcast I thought he was good but knowing now that it is like that then yeah he was definitely guilty.

I know I have mentioned it here before, but I wanted to make a specific post about it. Some of the FSL ballparks have statcast data. What is nice about that is we have some visibility to data for our prospects in the FSL. Like in case you are wondering where Rainer is getting the best EV on in the zone. That's a lot of red.

Here is the link to the minor league search if you are ever bored. https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/statcast-search-minors

I have no issue if they leave McGonigle at SS for now, but seeing Rainer play, I think it is clear he is SS of the future (and maybe a better prospect than Max soon)

I still think McGonigle is better than both of them. One day we shall see.

I think there is a relatively good chance McGonigle turns into atleast an average starting middle infielder but I think it its unlikely he is ever going to turn into a superstar one where as I think Rainer has the type of physical tools where you can possibly project that.

A baseball America staff said he sees multiple batting titles for McConigle, that his bat to ball skills are that good. Of course only time will tell

Think there's a good chance Rainer ends up at 3B long term.

I don’t think so—he’s the better defender at SS than McGonigle.  I think Kevin ends up at 2B.

It has nothing to do with McGonige. He may stick at SS, but he is not a slam dunk SS, and there is a good chance he may end up at 3rd long term as he fills out more.

Ya know, I really liked Trei Cruz when he was drafted and seems to be coming into his own this year . . . . but . . . . just realized he is 26 years old all ready.  Thought he might be the old dude on the Erie team but there are seven guys older.

he's a switch hitter that play 3 up the middle positions, so not crazy to think he could have some up and down ML career.

but probably needs to leave the organization, as he won't pass the players above him, and is about to get run over from below

That type of power from a kid less than a year removed from High School is scary.

Doesn't scare me any!
