thanks; did not know that; 25% K rate is a huge improvement, but just 18 games so far. Workman offers so much: speed, defense, some power, versatility - just needs to get his Ks to a managable level

If I recall correctly, he started off well last year after working with Carpenter’s hitting coach during that offseason.  Fell back to his norm in 2023, so hopefully something clicks for him.  He’s not the type of hitter this administration would draft, so he probably has this season to emerge from organizational depth.
