chasfh Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Skubal in a jam and then back out. That might be the Padres’ last chance against him. Quote

The Ronz Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Who is announcing on the radio? I'm listening to 97.1 and it isn't Dickerson. Quote

Mr.TaterSalad Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Kevin McGonigle is batting 1.000 with a 1.000 OPS. He's also on pace for 320 RBIs if you figure he plays every game and averages 2 RBIs per game. Anyone who criticized him coming up doesn't know baseball. LOL! Great start kid. Quote

chasfh Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago So, I hate baseball throwing in with gamblers as much as the next guy. That said, I actually don’t mind the bet365 logo at the top right. It is actually less obtrusive than the MLB logo you typically see on MLB-based broadcasts, which makes it easy to lose in the crowd in the CF shots. We will see if/when/how the gambling odds get weaved into the broadcast via graphics or drop-ins, but so far, through three half innings, nothing yet. Tell you what I definitely don’t miss: the constant crawl at the bottom of the screen. So thrilled to see that get ****-canned. Quote

monkeytargets39 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Skubal 25 pitches in 2 innings. Yeah the Padres are in trouble here. Quote

monkeytargets39 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I said this after last season, but I think Torkelson is going to have a huge year just because they won’t be able to call him out on BS strikes this year. 1 1 Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Has Kevin McGonigle gotten a single out yet in his entire major league career? Can anyone name another MLB player who doesn't have a single out yet in their entire career? In all seriousness, right from the first at bat, this kid looks like he gets it and belongs in the Show. monkeytargets39 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago OH MAN! MCGONIDOUBLE MISSED A HE BY INCHES Quote
Crazy Cat Gentleman Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago McGonigle on pace to hit a double in every at-bat ever. Quote
chasfh Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Man, that second double was a couple feet from being McGONEigle! 1 Quote
