they dont have a spy who can keep up with fields (maybe a safety or okudah as a spy?). the key will be maintaining pass rush lane discipline and not opening a bunch of rush lanes for him. keep him in the pocket and make him beat you by throwing. they seemed to do well against the run against dallas when okudah was playing a safety/linebacker role in the box moreso than a cover corner. they might want to revisit that role against a team that has trouble passing downfield but has developed a good run game based on fields' legs. no man coverage, play zone. make the osu qb read a defense and beat you. they got whupped by trubisky all the time because they only played man, the one defense he knew how to read.

Got back from voting. Good turnout it seems. A few Muslims, which is not unusual for this precinct, a couple blacks and some youngish women. The woman ahead of me was under 21 as I could tell by her ID. Woman behind me looked late 20's with another one who looked 30's and appeared to be with their mother. Outside as I was leaving, they were hugging as if they had just done something memorable. Looked kind of too old to be first time voting so probably voting yes on the abortion proposal. There was a white guy who looked Gen X about late 40's with sunglasses and a goatee. Looked like a real douchebag so he was the only one I could peg as a true Republican.

We should enjoy the relative calm while we can, because we haven’t gotten to the part yet where hundreds of Republicans across the country all up and down tickets charge voter fraud and start throwing monkey wrenches into the works so they can fuck up the transition. That’s definitely going to happen. January 3rd might end up being January 6th all over again, with vicious new wrinkles. Practically every Democrat that day will be in varying levels of danger.

One candidate on the ballot. Lines were smooth and steady. I saw a co-worker from work and shook his hand. He was working as a volunteer. I appreciated that he was ready to deal with the crazies coming for him just to make Democracy work.

My son in East Lansing confirms it is exactly like this there. He says he's been acquiring candy all month from people trying to get him to vote. He has already absentee voted for Virginia so he's able to get candy a plenty from the voting enthusiasts.

Campbell wanted them to play more press coverage against Miami and they didn't. Campbell really hinted that they secondary wasn't following gameplan. Yes I agree that term limits in MI hasn’t been good. It takes good people out of jobs under the guise of the preventing the generational incumbent. But those those people know the system. Right now there’s no accountability because even if they do a fine job they are done. It’s about lining up their next gig. By opening it up you invite more kooks to sneak in. we have the mechanism to vote people out and of voters won’t do that then they deserve what they get. But don’t prevent quality people that people want from serving because of populism.
