Walgreens we are just a piece names and numbers on a screen that they process as they come in.

They made us switch our prescriptions to walgreens..... it works fine when there's no problems, that's another entire post which I won't get into. But I signed up for alerts. the app will notify me. Then a text. Then a phone call.

The thing is, the DA in Manhattan can’t worry about what is going on elsewhere with crimes. If they see something they do something. There’s no rule that you if you aren’t convicted of X then you can’t be charged with Y. There’s also no rule that if one person wasn’t convicted of X then no one else should be charged with X.

I don’t know the mechanics of civil suits. Is there anything where a judge can say one side is being “unreasonable” and force arbitration? Can a judge say before a trial get in a room and exchange numbers and try to settle? I think Dominion would say $1 award if they got Fox to admit to a bunch of stuff.

Looks that way. I guess doing it any other way would be a massive job. The walls and foundation for the seats can’t be moved. You have the concourse at street level to work with. Apparantly you can’t just move the wall on the field and just make another row of seats. I’m not understanding why they had to move out the first row of seats. You can lower the HR threshold and just keep the grate to the same height as before for safety.

Update on "the wall". Surely wasn't enough time given the weather in the winter to do this "properly" so it's just a band-aid approach. I hope they figure a way to make it nicer long term.

There was an article in the Atlantic about a 6 year old boy that died from an accident. Anti Vaxxers found out he "had the jab" and made this family's life a living hell that would would have made the Alex Jones Sandy Hook deniers proud. These nutjobs are a danger to society. They've threatened my wife at work. Yes I take it personally. They can all go fuck themselves.
