Several of the dems said they were going to impeach him before he took office. One famously said we're going to impeach the MFer. That pretty much told us everything we needed to know about the dems. I read a book about the TV change in the 00's... the transition into things like Idol, Millionaire, Housewives, The Office, and they talk about that. He was a washed up nobody before that.
