Is she saying the President and Presidency should be above the law? I guess when you support outright authoritarianism, fascist dictatorship, and strongman theocracy, that comes with the territory. If this is the GOPs and MAGAs general response, to criticize the FBI and make arguments like this, they are going to lose politically speaking. He knew it once he became the candidate and got intelligence briefings. But he kept saying it knowing that Nixon couldn't refute him without disclosing classified briefings. Pence is pretty much a worm. I can't really come up with a better fit.
