Nah, running against old candidates in not running against old people. Even old people don't like old candidates - they know better than anyone that younger people are more up to the job.. I've never really understood the idea of not making a trade within your division. If you think it's a good trade, then do it. If you think it will come back to haunt you, don't do it.
