You can see what scouts loved about Torkelson's power. Tork's swing reminds me of Trout in the way he holds the bat with both hands all the way through - sort of old school. But Trout uses more leg kick to generate his power. Tork put that ball over the bullpen while hardly picking up his left foot. He'll probably never hit like Trout overall - not many ever will - but the comparison of the power he generates with a similar swing but less motion shows you how strong he is compared to a very strong hitter.

So what's wrong with drafting Stroud if you feel he's the best on the board at the time. Develop him and use him as insurance against an injury by Goff. When time comes for Goff extension you will still have the opportunity to trade one or the other QBs down the line.

Fienstein is not able to do her job, essentially her unelected office has been acting on her behalf for at least a year, likely longer. Instead of the democratic party dealing with that, they are playing 'good ole boys network' and protecting her. As a result, changes they can make that they all want to make (federal judges) are being held up.

Yes, I have heard gun rights people talk about satefy and responsibility in gun ownership before. I would imagine some of them might not like it when people trivialize gun ownership such as wearing tee shirts glorifying guns or making a family Christmas photo where everyone has a gun. I had just purchased a brand new cherokee and was at the barber shop. I finished and went out and got into a red cherokee just like mine and started it up. I couldn't figure out why the radio station was on a religious station. So i started to drive a way and a lady came running up to me. I opened the window and she told me i was in her jeep. I'm like "what"? She repeated "that is my jeep". Sure enough I looked and right next to spot where i got in her jeep was mine. Not sure how my key worked in her vehicle but it did. I think Lorenzen has some Farnsworth in him, Id definitely think twice about charging the mound on him if I was a hitter unless you want to end up like Youk or Robin Ventura.

I've done it a couple of times coming out of a grocery store not really paying attention. There's a car that looks similar to what we drive... I've also had to resort to turning around on back roads when missing a turn. The only option is someone's driveway or keep going a couple of miles in the wron direction.. Who hasn't accidentally tried the wrong hotel room door after going for ice. It's a wonder I'm not dead... I'm also old enough to remember days of doing floral delivery asking neighbors if they wouldn't mind holding flowers until the folks next door came home.

I have done that more than once in my life - especially as I get older! It last happened when I was tired after a hike in NH. I tried to open a door of a car that looked just like mine. It only lasted a second before I realized what I was doing. This was open carry no license MAGA country, so my first thought once I figured it out was, what could have happened if the owner saw me.
