This speaks volumes to how bad Willis looked at OTAs. Willis was never close to pushing Ryan Tannehill for a starting role and is behind Logan Woodside, a practice squad quarterback that was promoted to Tannehill's backup last year. The Titans are taking a long-term approach to developing Willis, making it unlikely he sees the field before 2023. Well here is why we didn't draft Willis.
